To nurture and provide the most augmented learning opportunities within a nourishing environment, we focus on early childhood education that promotes holistic development. Our teaching modules encourage children to be kind, curious, and confident, preparing them to shape the world. A collaboration between the nursery, staff, and parents helps us create a UNIQUE EARLY MILER experience. We take pride in cultivating each child’s desire to learn and in fostering their natural inquisitiveness and love of knowledge, as we believe that KNOWLEDGE IS SUPREME. We want our EARLY MILERS to attain every mile with a difference: M- Motivation, I- Independent, L- Leadership, E- Extraordinary, S- Stellar. To prepare early milers for the challenges ahead, we emphasize self-worth, gratitude, and positive affirmations, all within a nurturing Montessori School environment in Stockton.

Our curriculum embodies a complete holistic approach to early childhood education, engaging all aspects of the learner, including mind, body, and spirit. This philosophy, recognized as holistic development, is founded on the idea that each child discovers a unique identity, self-worth, and life purpose through connections to their local community, the natural world, and humanitarian values like compassion and peace. This approach combines elements of Montessori School principles, Hygge, and curiosity-driven methods. Our dedicated team continually seeks innovative ways to create enriching learning and developmental activities for children, adhering to the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. We cater to all levels, from basic to advanced, ensuring we have something for everyone. At Early Miles Nursery, we celebrate each child's uniqueness. We carefully observe our children, noting how they engage in their own play, and we collaborate with parents and caregivers to uncover the children’s interests. This information allows us to create an appropriate environment, provide suitable resources, and foster interactions that promote holistic development across all areas. The Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) sets essential standards for the learning, development, and care of children from birth to 5 years old. All schools and Ofsted-registered early years providers, including childminders, preschools, nurseries, and school reception classes, must adhere to the EYFS. The EYFS framework supports an integrated approach to early childhood education, offering professionals a set of common principles and commitments to deliver quality early education and childcare experiences. Additionally, it provides parents with confidence, knowing that regardless of their choice for their child’s early education, the same statutory commitments and principles will guide their child's learning and development experience.
